Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best service for all our clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following guidelines: Appointments • We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made within this period may be subject to a cancellation fee of $30. No-Shows • If you miss an appointment without prior notice, a $30 cancellation fee will apply. • Repeat no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrivals • If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. How to Cancel • Cancellations can be made via phone, email, or online booking system (24 hours before your scheduled appointment).
